I may be a diehard summer girl, but I still love all the coziness + beauty that fall in Wisconsin sends our way. Our annual family trip to Door County,WI, busting out vests + hoodies, baking with pumpkin + apple...and of COURSE fall decor...are all the things that make my heart eventually cave to the season.

My approach to decorating for the fall months in my own home is usually pretty simple-- an organic floral stem + muted pumpkins are my go-to. You can't go wrong with natural looking touches – and items that already compliment your home.

Give me all the twinkle lights + fire pits for fall nights, am I right? My husband loves to entertain back here with Neapolitan style pizza in his pizza oven, and so a few extra pumpkins out here were just the touch of cozy I was hoping for to set the mood.
